The Union Home Mortgage Foundation would not be where we are today without the support of our amazing Union Home Mortgage Partners! Each month we are highlighting one of these outstanding partners and this month’s Most Valuable Partner is Lindsay Rundo, HR Generalist at Union Home Mortgage!
Lindsay has been working as an HR Generalist in the Human Resources Department since April 2020. She currently resides in Solon, Ohio with her husband and fur-baby, her cat named Oreo. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and running long distances. We interviewed Lindsay to learn more about why she supports the UHM Foundation and the other ways in which she is active in her community:
Q: Why do you support the Union Home Mortgage Foundation?
A: “I support the UHM Foundation because I feel that volunteerism is so important. I love the focus that UHM and the Foundation place on giving back to not only the Cleveland community, but also communities all over the country.”
Q: How do you support the Union Home Mortgage Foundation?
A: “I support the UHM Foundation through payroll deduction and volunteerism. I have been able to participate in the uLaunch program by presenting on various topics such as Customer Service and Financial awareness. I also participated in the 5k race last year, which allowed me to get active and exercise for a great cause.”
Q: What is your favorite memory of working with the Union Home Mortgage Foundation?
A: “My favorite memory of the UHM Foundation were the multiple presentations I was able to participate in this year. It has allowed me to make an impact on others by discussing these topics.”
Q: How are you involved in other organizations or volunteerism in your community?
A: “I am involved by participating in various 5k races for different charities. Additionally, I enjoy volunteering at animal shelters during my free time.”
